About the tool

It is Australia's only validated and evidence based psychosocial risk assessment tool with benchmarking that measures psychosocial hazards and factors. The hazards measured by the People at Work survey are based on decades of research highlighting the factors that influence a worker's psychological health and safety.

How the People at Work platform can help

People at Work can help you comply with your workplace health and safety duties, better manage work-related psychosocial hazards and factors and prevent mental injury

The People at Work platform provides organisations with their results in two reporting formats, a high level summary and a more detailed report that also provides suggestions for improvements in the workplace. Members also have access to automated live reporting and can monitor trends across industry, location, sector and other demographics.

The survey includes information and resources to support businesses implement improvements identified as a result of the survey. This includes interactive learning modules and resources to assist in implementing a psychosocial risk management approach and evaluating the effectiveness of chosen interventions.

Together with other Australian state workplace regulators, WorkSafe Victoria has contributed to building this national tool for measuring and evaluating workplace mental health
