This category acknowledges elected health and safety representatives (HSRs) who have represented their designated work group in an outstanding manner.

If you know an individual who has been elected under section 54 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 –OHS Act, who is leading the way in health and safety, submit an entry so we can share their stories and celebrate their success.

  • If you are not an elected HSR, you may consider a submission in OHS Leadership/Achievement category.
  • Please ensure you only complete one entry for every health and safety representative nomination.
