EIPF physiotherapists
Note: While WorkSafe develops service model enhancements, all new and existing EIPF registrations will be automatically extended to 1 November 2026. Physiotherapists are not required to take any action to have their WorkSafe registration extended.
What is the EIPF?
The Early Intervention Physiotherapy Framework (EIPF) is a service model that recognises the importance of early treatment in facilitating return to work and return to health outcomes.
Any physiotherapist can enrol in EIPF by completing WorkSafe’s required online training modules and signing a declaration to provide services in line with WorkSafe’s Clinical framework for the delivery of health services.
WorkSafe expects that all health professionals providing services to workers will integrate the principles of the clinical framework into their daily practice.
How to join EIPF
Find out how to register.
Read the fact sheets to decide if joining the EIPF is right for you. Don’t forget to consider the service standards and sample declaration.
To log in, you need to register using the 'Register' button. This allows you to resume the training later if you need to take a break. Questions contained in the training are for learning purposes only. Your answers will not affect your ability to enrol in the EIPF program.
If you experience any issues, email [email protected]. Technical support is available Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm).
A declaration will be generated once you have completed the training modules. Sign and return the declaration to [email protected] or Fax: (03) 9641 1767.
Your enrolment will start from the date your declaration is signed.
A confirmation letter will also be sent, for your records.
