What it contains

Helping injured workers back to work as soon as possible benefits both workers and employers. Workers and their families experience reduced financial, health and emotional impacts, while employers maintain productivity and keep their WorkSafe insurance premium costs down. Employers and hosts also have specific duties and obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS Act) 2004 and Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (OHS Regulations) 2017.
