Helping injured workers return to work requires the support of employers and skilled Return to Work Coordinators. Under Victorian workers compensation legislation an employer must have a Return to Work Coordinator with the appropriate seniority and competence (knowledge, skills and experience) to help them meet their return to work obligations.
