What it contains

This report provides results from the perspective of both leaders and workers in your workplace. It highlights two work-related factors that positively affect mental health in the workplace, two areas that need more attention, and two areas where there are differences in perception between leaders and workers. The report includes your workplace's Psychosocial Safety Climate (PSC) score, as well as other key indicators of a mentally healthy workplace.

These results show how your workplace is tracking compared to industry standards. This will help you identify areas for improvement. You can then use the WorkWell Toolkit to guide the development of strategies and action plans to improve mental health and wellbeing in your workplace.
