Project overview

This project is partnering with Transgender Victoria, trezona consulting group and the LGBTIQA+ community to create evidence-based resources for workplace leaders, supporting preventative action against work-related gendered violence in Victoria.

Centring the voices of those with lived experience at every stage of the project, Being Valued adopts a robust, committed and genuine approach to human-centred design.

This approach is supported by a focus on occupational health and safety risk-management in order to support leaders in meeting their obligations, and achieving best practice.

The WorkWell Respect Fund and WorkWell Respect Network form a dedicated program stream for preventing gendered violence including sexual harassment in the workplace.
