Project overview

This project is partnering with Transgender Victoria, trezona consulting group and the LGBTIQA+ community to create evidence-based resources for workplace leaders, supporting preventative action against work-related gendered violence in Victoria.

Centring the voices of those with lived experience at every stage of the project, Being Valued adopts a robust, committed and genuine approach to human-centred design.

This approach is supported by a focus on occupational health and safety risk-management in order to support leaders in meeting their obligations, and achieving best practice.

Project deliverables

  • In-depth literature review, including establishing the current state of knowledge, and an environmental scan of existing resources available.
  • Develop, test and validate a suite of practical resources for workplace leaders.

These resources will be available in the WorkWell Toolkit from 30 June 2025.
