Postal Network Outreach Program
Collaborating with Australia Post and other partners, the Communicorp led Learning Network improved the mental health of frontline staff working in regional and rural Licensee Post Offices and Community Postal Agencies. The Network gained understanding of the work-related factors high and low job demands, remote and isolated work and violent or traumatic events that prevent mental injury or compromised mental health for staff and used sustainable and outcome driven solutions to address the risks.
