Emergency Services Foundation (ESF) learning network
The ESF learning network contributed to sustainable improvements in the mental health of frontline workers in the Victorian emergency services sector. Working with all first responder organisations in Victoria, the network addressed work-related factors affecting mental health and wellbeing through improved sector-wide leadership. With a focus on frontline leaders, the network built the capacity of leaders to competently address mental health and wellbeing barriers within agencies and champion a new way of promoting psychologically safe work environments.
