The WorkSafe Awards are back in 2021, recognising workplace health and safety and return to work excellence. This year we've introduced new award categories to recognise the outstanding work you're doing to prevent mental injury, and health and safety achievements on farms.

Health and Safety Representative of the Year

This category acknowledges elected health and safety representatives (HSRs) (who have been elected under section 54 of the Health and Safety Act) and who have represented their designated work group in an outstanding manner.

This award acknowledges individuals or businesses who have made a significant difference and tangible improvements on their farm/s through their leadership and practice. This can include a specific safety initiative or a change in farm safety culture.

Workplace Health and Safety Solution of the Year
